Cool!! How is this done?

I wanted to do this outside I could deal with the cold for a while doing it, but mother nature was not working with me and gave me a cloudy day to work with. So I had to do it inside on a table top. Because of the height of the table I was using it was VERY hard to get my focus right because of the height of my tripod was set at so the shots I took are a little out of focus, but it was a fun experiment and I will be doing this again.

WARNING: This is very addicting I took over 100 shots doing this.

Day 38
Beauty School Drop-Out

Taken with permission. It was Chris's idea for the shot, 89 rods for her perm. It was also her idea for me to pay for the bill too.

Why, yes "they" were.

I have completed my set. Pick your nickname or call it what ever you may

"Three Wise Men"
"Three Amigos"
"Hebrew Trinity"

Nice Rick, and may we ask if they all came in a yellow box? Or were they the S brand? :)

They came in a brown box, UPS :p

As much as I wanted them I had a hard time with the Gold Boxes. Everyone has a point were a price is just too much for one item. As it was I could not order the black boxes myself. I put my order together and made Chris push the order button for the black boxes. Honestly I could not do it. However I have to say it feels good to have that NAS Monkey off my back. Right now I feel I'm sitting pretty good. Outside of lighting which also is on order, I have no burning desire for anything else.

I have only had a little playtime with these lens, but I will say everything you read about them is true, and I am very pleased with them so far.

Great choice Rick. I think that you've made good use of your hard earned money. We have to remember that it all comes down to that when the NAS hits us. You will have the great benefit of fast lenses of great IQ for a lot less money.
When you have a choice, sometimes it's good to stick to our budget. You can use the lenses for a long time, and, if you ever win the lottery or something like that, you can get the others if, and only if, it can produce greater images for you.
