Cool shot and color. Looked away at the TV while waiting for the picture to display and thought there was water drops on my monitor for a second. :)

Nice shot Helene. Do you have a contraption to time the flash or do you just go with trial and error?

I took 90 shots (varied background and lighting) and got 45 that I really liked . . . lots of interesting shapes and variations like the one below. Only the first 5 were out of focus, which really delighted me . . . it did take me aver an hour to get everything set up.

I REALLY like that one. The green and red are just splendid.

This is a very nice shot Helene, especially since we have taken all your rain up here!!! Looking through the bokeh of your shot, it appears a touch dry there :-(
