I had to explain this to Pete (Carolina Photo Guy)

First words were, "What the hell are you doing lying around in a cemetery?" I explained to him that I was there because the ground was high and I could get a good shot of the horizon. Besides, it was more of a historical place, it was not an "active cemetery", to which he replied that there's no such thing. Everybody's 6 feet under. I then added that I get good cell phone reception there, to which he added, "that's because no one there is using one." So Pete! :cool:

BTW He reads every post and has to "bite his tongue" MANY times LOL

"Supermoon Over Roswell"

Camera seemed to be "misbehavin" LOL - -- Wb seemed to be off . . . rising moon was spectacular . . . couldn't believe how red it was . . . thought Jupiter veered off course!

Thanks, Joe. The problem with moon on the horizon is you don't have much time to correct "issues" . . . we certainly spin very quickly!

"Bath Time"


I spent the last 2 days chasing the moon, and I'm sure my dogs were hoping that's what I would do today . . . instead, it was bath and grooming time for the little ones. As you can see, Lucia is not very happy.

All these plants and flowers are making me want spring...but yet, 3-6 inches of snow forcasted for tomorrow. UGH. Nice shot Helene...crisp...almost as if i can reash out and touch it.

"At the Flashbus Tour"

We went to the Flashbus Tour . . .pic of my friend. We had a great time . . . if you're going when it comes to your city, you will not be disappointed. Well put together, lots of info structured well, and freebies. Will post more tomorrow . . . left at 6:00 AM and didn't get home until 9:00 PM tonight.

Thanks, Jen! It WAS a lot of fun . . . I want to post some of the things I learned for all of you, but I seem to be running behind today . . . was a long day yesterday . . . 200 miles to ABQ from here.
