That's a 'PCC' (Presidents Conference Committee) car, which became quite the icon for U.S. electric street railways before and after WW-II. Really nice to see. I did a little research and figure you shot this in San Francisco ..... home of CABLE cars.

Yes you are correct. I should of added it was taken in Fishermans warf, San Francisco This past weekend for the football game.

Arrrgh! I caught up with Norfolk Southern's Central of Georgia "Hertiage Locomotive" and although it was in a safe spot to photograph, the lighting and placement of the unit made for an impossibly difficult shot. Oh, and a phone pole was thrown in for good measure. Such is life in taking pictures of trains .....
