Yes, you're right. I try to not duplicate post, but sometimes I forget. I deleted my second post.

Nice catch.Caught Norfolk Southern's Office Car Special this afternoon at Blythewood, SC en route to the Master's Tournament in Augusta, GA. The train originated in Altoona, PA yesterday morning. Most of the large railroads bring trains to the event. The locomotives are two of NS's "Heritage Fleet" of twenty locomotives painted in historic liveries of the railroads that make up today's NS. Doesn't look like it has had any traffic in awhile. Yes, I see 2001 that was quite awhile ago.Two photos from the foot of the Saluda Grade at Melrose, NC that illustrate the sad outcome of 35 years of decline in western North Carolina railroading. I shot the first on 12/22/1984 and the other at nearly the same spot on 08/14/2019. Saluda was the steepest mainline railroad grade in the U.S. until it was taken out of service in 2001.
Things are so overgrown today that you'd hardly know there are rails amongst the tall grass and trees. The route is slated to become a hiking trail. [First image, Nikon N2020, Kodachrome. Second image, Nikon D5100]

There's the Heritage Units website which can be helpful and social media too. Catching these can be quite a challenge because they most often circulate just like any other locomotive without special recognition and they may not be leading the train they're on. Then too, it may be dark when they pass by. Happily, NS has begun to repaint their heritage fleet to keep them looking fresh. I wish they'd give them a bath every now and theen. So how do you figure out what time and route they are going to be on?
Nice catch Sandpatch. My record remains intact, I've yet to catch a heritage unit. I use the app, but mostly it shows the ones I've missed. I don't do social media...
