Tried shooting this gal several times with 40mm with 20+12 rings without any luck. As a last desperate attempt I put the Raynox in front of it. Bingo!

This is my current diffuser set up that velcros onto my raynox. Not sure what you have set up on yours.

Probably my last spider photo of the year as winter is creeping in and these little guys are getting harder to find.

Saw this little guy jumping around like a frog. He was so curious as I was trying to take his picture and the noise kept peeking his interest that at one point he actually jumped into the glass of my lens.
