Was a VERY heartfelt night for me - one of my new friends/fave DJs killing it at the venue who picked up this kid 2 years ago and said "sure, you can shoot an event here" (monday, free, etc), and where I made some very good friends including from that original event itself. So Saturday night, I let that 1.2 sing once again -

I'm toying with a combination of street and portrait. Finding the spot where the light hits right and then wait on someone "interesting" is the hard part.

I rarely do to much portrait type photography but this weekend I did get a few and this is one that I am actually very proud of. The character is this face is fascinating.
