My first macro shot. It is an Argiope argentata.
The wind was very strong and its web kept moving all the time. Its was hard to focus, but I think it is good for my first one.
Not bad for a first attempt. Spiders can be a nightmare when there is even a breath of wind. I would suggest that you take lots of photos without trying to refocus. You may then have enough parts in focus to do a focus stack. I've often tried to take one or two shots only to find them totally blurred.
What lens are you using and did you crop this shot at all?
