Well I fell for my desire when I saw a pre-owned for sale not too far from me and at a price I could afford.

And ... first outing with her over the weekend, VR makes a nasty racket. Seems to still work, but doesn't sound healthy. May have to send her in to get looked at, which is a bummer.

I know I checked out the autofocus before buying, but the Starbucks may have been too noisy to hear the VR issues when I was testing.

Just got this guy. I wanted to be able to use my Phottix Odin but also wanted to have my GoPro mounted. I haven't fully tested it out but in this configuration TTL works just fine

I also got this on order. Hoping it'll work out well on my a6300

Though my Nikon 1 J5 took great pictures. I just could not warm up to not having a viewfinder. Which led me to purchase the Olympus OM-D-EM10. This is a very good camera. But after looking at the OM-D-EM10 Mark II. I decided to get that as well. I am hopeless with my camera addiction.

I recommend staying away from this. It's pretty buggy with no way to update firmware. Getting it ready to send back to BH.
