Aside from the basic shown, d25 focus. As for technique, I just waited patiently till it stopped hunting gnats and hovered long enough to get some sort of focus. For whatever reason, they tend to return to pretty much the same spot every few minutes for a breather. I set up manually focused at that point, so I didn't have to hunt about too much. Doing a ten shot burst doesn't hurt either.

Tried that once. Got so frustrated, I kicked a tree. It hurt.
