As if the browns weren't bad enough, now the greens are moving in -- at least they pose better than those flitty butterflies

hey Scott I really tried not to "like" these but in the end I had to admit the only reason was because they followed my fly! Great photos mate.

A disappointing shot of the tiniest little fellow on my window. I had only one shot and should have used flash to get the detail.
I had to lean out the window and do the best I can. Still considering how small he was and I used my kit lens at 55mm i'm not too upset.

I caught this little fellow in the veggie patch. No ways you can tell but that is a piece of caterpillar (must have been feeding on the lettuce or beet leaves) he is about to lug off. There were about 5 of them chopping it into pieces. I must have just missed the "kill"

Excellent spider shot Lawrence. I am sure he could eat my fly as it was tiny. I got the photo just in time as its started to rain here now.


I don't think so - this little guy is minute.

Can I ask what lens you have? I only have my kit lens and although fun not getting the detail I would like.
