Thank you very much! I've been practicing quite a bit lately, taking things one step at a time. This is truly an art form. I can only hope that I produce such beautiful pictures like I've seen on this forum.

Thank you. Neither is HDR but just tweaked from RAW with brightness and contrast buttons. The abandoned house actually has a lot of color (red and green). I burned some of it to tone it down.

The abandoned farm across the road is an endless source of photo ops.

Thanks for the compliment Carroll. It was very impressive to see what the rain from last night had left on the flowers this morning. Unfortunately, it didn't last very long as the sun dried them very fast. It was early.
