This is a Dendrobium Orchid that grows wild in the trees along the creek beside my house.

We have always called it a "Golden Orchid", but I've heard it called "Curly Brown", & "Brown Orchid",
anyway I have been having a hard time trying to get a decent photo of this one for a few days.
It is growing in an spot that is in the shade for most of the day, and we have the south easterly tradewinds blowing here at the moment.
And its too high off the ground to use a tripod.
Today I snapped this shot between gusts, and when the sun poked through a gap in the trees.
