Any one know the species? I was told by some one he thought it was some sort of fancy tailed guppy.

I saw some of these too recently , minnows , tiny fish are hard to find resources for on the web, to do IDs but I think its our version of a sailfin molly , which is in the guppy family but a bit bigger.
I think the one at the top with the anhinga is a warmouth,

Awful really old image from unknown camera used by family member to document my excitement in landing a Black-Spotted-Yellow-Belly-Finned-0zark-faux-Piranha. Normally found in much smaller size than this, and mistakenly used for bait by strangers to this area. (One has to hold them just so....)

Sad to say, this entry into a Bass Pro Contest failed to win, but did get several comments. Oz
