We see a lot of Nikon knocking out on the web but i have to say this D500 with its AF has surprised me,the set below was taken in none too good light as the ISOs will show using a lens and converter giving a focusing aperture of F9, i know some cameras manage this trick but as some will know a Duck comes towards you at a fair old pace,no shots missed out and i have my D500 set on CL otherwise i get too many shots.

This is the only one i did any amount editing on to try and brighten it up a bit

A few from NYCC. Pretty impressed with the 18-55mm af-p lens. I decided against bringing my larger, faster lenses and chose to do off camera flash instead (Phottix trigger and fstoppers flash disc) Saved quite a bit of weight but still hurting after a long day at the con. Here's one from this evening. I'm actually very impressed with the ISO performance so far. This one was ISO 2500 with only about 10 NR in LR. It seems that the noise has a pleasing quality to it, very fine and even.
