Saw this article the other day and tried out a few different sets:

Pretty fun. I need to try it with studio lights to see what results I get and also need to load them on my d750

Yesterday was a long day!!

Within my area I have created a Facebook group/club called the "Creative Club". Within it I have Models, Photographers, Make up artists, hair stylists, jewellery designers and clothes makers. I had been planning a Steampunk shoot for around a month and it was D-day ...

After a long, hot stressful day in the sun I needed to get out and just chill!

So I have been meaning to go to a lighthouse just down the road from me so I took the opportunity to go down, stick some music on to shill to and take in the sunset for a couple hours.

And action pictures from today's visit to the local go-kart track where my son made his first few laps.

Love the framing, but man that middle room as some different color temp lighting going on. The room in the back looks daylight, as does the foreground, but very orange by the fireplace. I'm guessing there were on windows in that room, only artificial light.

The back room you are refering to is actually the outside courtyard. The wall is actually that color, but the painting is illuminated with artificial light, so the two different shades of orange and all the shadow.
I just purchased this mansion so I did not have time to upgrade the lighting system yet.:playful:

Where are your priorities? :)

As a photographer, I figured you'd get the lighting right first. ;)

I know, sometimes I get my priorities mixed up.

Before you ask why I wasn't using my D750, I wanted to give the D500 a try at shooting indoors with higher ISOs to see how it fared. I'm quite happy with the results.
