Post Your D500 Shots

Well, this thing shoots fast. Really fast! I got out to my back garden to take a few shots of house martins catching insects above my house. 3 minutes later, I had about 70 shots and 2 GB of space gone.
The sun was setting, so the light wasn't very bright, but contrasty enough.
Quater of the pictures were empty sky (!), most of the rest were not so good. Mostly because the birds were to high. I managed to pick two half-decent shots.
I must say, I tried shooting these little buggers a few times before with my D7100, and that was a struggle. D500 is just made for this type of photography. Aim and fire!

I've found that for macro (with high ISO friendly bodies) you can stop down a bit more for better DOF on the subject. Unless that's not what you're after. These days, 400 is the new 100.

Thought I'd show this barely processed shot from yesterday. D500 + 300mm f4 PF at ISO 12800. Cropped, rotated and with only Nik Dfine 2.0 and a levels adjustment applied.
You're killing me over here!
