I keep forgetting this tiny cemetery is there, and I really want to go back, since this is rather old (2012).

Took a mini-vacation over the last few days. This is a near infrared panorama of a cemetery in Manheim, PA. (720nm filter)

This is a VERY old cemetery in Lititz, PA. I had left my camera in the car, so I borrowed my girlfriend's D3100 for this shot:

(And when I say old - there are some graves near the front with placards stating that the person buried there was a REVOLUTIONARY WAR VET. There is one stone for a guy that died in 1778.)

Another one shot on TX film and developed hot to bring out the grain and contrast and give it a spookier and more foreboding effect. F2 and 180mm ED f/2.8 AIS. I shot this one through a 25A (deep red) filter to increase the contrast even further.

Captured this one of a holy man leading an Asian family out to a grave site for a prayer or something. It was interesting to hear the chant and interesting to watch respectfully from a distance.

I love your mausoleum shot William. I took your basic shot and increased the contrast considerably, adding a slight vignette to give it a more spooky and horror look. What do you think?

Nice job. The original was converted from color using Silver Efex Pro2. I haven't decided on bow I want the print to look yet.

This is really sad.

Amazing, isn't it, that people just accepted the fact that every 3rd baby would most likely die in childhood and that mom had a 1:4 chance of dying in childbirth. Not very good odds, if you ask me.
