Taking shelter yesterday from a passing shower, I spotted a kingfisher fly past and land on a branch about 100 yards away,
keeping the camera dry(under my coat, which is not easy with a tamron 150-600mm lens) and getting a little closer to get the shot, this is as close as I could get.
