Yes I always shoot outside with a cp filter, even on cloudy days. Of course my default iso setting is 400, which makes a difference also.

Reminds me of my Uncles Barn. Hay went in the top and we milked the cows in the bottom. On his place the white building is where we floated the milk cans. The best things about photos are the memories they stir up. Thanks @nikonpup!

almost the same at home, hay in the middle, milk on one side and feed on the other. We put the cream in milk cans and stored the cream in water tanks down by the road.

Yeh the milk cans were floated in tanks filled with spring water. We skimmed the cream to make butter or stirred it into the milk for the house.
