Great car photos bluzman. The Ferrari is really nice. Not so the Mercedes. The gull wings doors are plain bad an ruin the look of the car. I just recently watched a TV movie about the DeLorean Motor Company. It is obvious where DeLoren got the gull wing doors idea from.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DeLorean_Motor_Company

I'm actually a fan of the gull wing doors but only on this particular model vehicle. What I see as problematic is getting out of the car once you arrive at your destination. Even accounting for the "foldability" feature of the steering wheel, one basically has to maneuver oneself out of a slim deep bathtub. At my current age (close to 80), I'd likely need to call the Auto Club for egress assistance. I doubt that a woman in heels and a dress has a chance to get in or out gracefully.

Yes, I know your feeling. Even the actor playing the role of DeLoren did not have any easy time getting out of the DeLoren gull wings door.

If you live in California, get prepared for being forced to drive electric vehicles, like this one, since the state governator is in the process for banning gasoline powered vehicles!
