LOL. I meant my "pick," not "pic." I have been in love with this car since I was a much too young to drive. :)

No one understands this sentiment better than yours truly as they don't come cheap by any stretch of imagination, I waited many years for this moment:grey::grey:

It is all a question of point of view I guess, I know a guy with a Miata and he managed to shoehorn an LS3 into it...but the MX5 is a little car as was the MG Midget in its day compared to say the E Type:)

I had a MKIII MG midget that I restored to like new condition. Midget does describe that car completely. I really enjoyed that MG, but it was woefully inadequate for our modern traffic. Enter my MX5 which is much larger in comparison, but still gives me all the pleasure of my Midget sans the roadside repairs. It seems all cars are getting larger due to safety rules & consumer demands. I went from a 2006 MINI Cooper S to a MK6 Golf GTI as my daily driver. It took a while until I was comfortable with the larger size of the Golf. Things change & time marches on. Sometimes this old guy has problems with that.
