The cows ate all the trees!!!
my first windmill vibrated its self to death, my replacement is still running after a couple of trips back to the shop to balance the blades.ron, this one's for you. See all the burned spots? The only way i can keep this yard art turning is to keep a welding.

Growing up from 9 to about 16 I was raised on farming. Horses, Scottish Highlanders and the such. Didn't like the farming part but, liked the being able to roam the land and see nature. Nice country shots.
The extra brass doesn't help the balance one bit. My old one was made a lot better. It still works but I have to make a part for it. My to do list when I get on of those round tuits
I use to have a round tuit. Just went looking for it and couldn't find it. I was gonna lend it to you. I'll let you know if I find it.
A wedding gift.
Seven years ago I became acquainted with a young girl and her family. She was horse crazy but since they lived in town didn't have a horse. I loaned her a horse so she could participate in 4H that year and both she and her younger sister borrowed horses for several years after that. She has grown up some but still active in horses. Tomorrow she is getting married and I made this rack for a gift. In the past I have made quite a few that either go into houses as coat racks or in horse trailers or tack rooms for whatever.

HaHa! My father actually had this coin, a "Round ToIt" It had the words round toit on the obverse side of the coin. Any time I would say, "I'll get around to it," my father would whip this coin out of his pocket and say, "Here you go!"I could not find mine either... wonder if my wife will buy that excuse!? (Nahhh... doubt it!)
