I did save it as 1000x1000 in lightroom, I will correct it if its not right.

When you export with lightroom, when you specify 1000x1000 it just means that your file will fit within 1000. But you'd have to crop it before export and apply the 1to1 format in the cropping dialog.

Thanks @Marcel, I just had a quick look on google on how to do crop at 1x1, and how to put a frame around it, so will edited my picture.
