Hi Joe, nice image! I think I would crop out the car and the light in the top left corner, photo shop out the wire going to the structure lower right corner and correct (straighten) the image. Maybe burn (darken) the detail in the arches. Night photography is tough and you did nice job! Keep up the good work and share some more.

I agree with Bill's recommendations and comments. This is a nice photo. What do you use for post processing? If you use Lightroom, moving the "recovery" slider to the right will bring back some of the detail in the highlights of the building.
