It's my bad that red box won't turn into green: when I practiced, focus mode was set to manual mode (not aware of, thinking AF-ON) that why BFB never worked and it never autofocus, so never greens... After re-practice, it's all good.
The good news is I have got the confirmation for the technique I have used and will continue to use for: autofocus and recompose. Actually there are several different ways to accomplish this. The way I mentioned in the previous post is the simplest and easiest one, which I believe all you guys already knew. For me, it's all because of my need and you guys push on me. So thanks.
