I am not sure what else i will be able to contribute since i no longer own any Nikon equipment. I will still be looking in from the outside. I want to thank everyone for being kind and helpful. I learnt a lot here and came across many interesting people and hold nothing against anyone. Congrats to the Admin and the Mods for creating a good learning environment, one that is also tolerant. Good luck to all of you with your photography and/or photography businesses. Keep shooting and yes, photography is subjective, just like any other art form.

I thought i would share some black & whites done with my X10 and XE-1:

You are more than welcome to stop by my blog to see what i am up to. Don't feel it necessary to like or comment. It is there to be enjoyed.

Keep on shooting folks :)

I'm sorry to see you leave, and more sorry that you don't have any Nikon equipment. I'll bookmark your blog and check in with you. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the kind words. Hey, i may come back every so often if i can contribute to a post in a positive way. You know what Roy, another Nikon just may be in my future, well... in my wife's future. She may need a new P&S soon and i don't think she will like using my new cameras, a little to "techy" for her.

Well, i was never really married to Nikon. It's great stuff... lol, yeah, it is "stuff" (drugs) alright! Very easily to get hooked. Anyhow, i felt the style of photography that i was developing did not call for a big DSLR. I really needed something light weight, but could produce awesome JPEGs and i found it. Good luck with you magazine and photography:)

Well, I understand. But we can keep you around as an "honorary member" (so we can play footsies under the table )

You will be missed.... Just because you no longer have Nikon gear, you are part of the "family". Stop in on occasion just to say Hello and best wishes in your future photo endeavors!
