I have returned from the mandatory ice cream run.

In the early morning of our camping trip we decided to climb the mountain on foot to greet the sun as it came up and to check out some really cool dead trees. While climbing up the side of the mountain we stumbled upon the remnants of an old pioneer cabin. I would guess there are only a handful of people that know of this cabin as you can't see it on the cliff side until you walk upon it.

Welcome back!

Sorry ML had a tough day back at work. I'm sure the ice cream helped in the recovery.

The Tour of Utah bicycle race passed through my local area and I was able to make it just in time to catch the tail end of this stage.

Headed out to Antelope Island located in the Great Salt Lake. Photographed some bison, hummingbirds, and a tree stump located in the lake bed. It is a bit of a mystery as to why it's located there. Nothing grows in the Great Salt Lake and this stump is huge. The only reason we're seeing it is because the lake is terribly low right now.
