Sometimes a house will hold your attention, and this was one of those houses, I used to walk by it all the time, walking from the shoe factory back to my house,
Once it was a Shoe or Cloth Baron's home, and something tragic happened, and they died out, the brother lived across the street, and kept the property maintained for like 20 years or more.
If you peaked in the windows, there was antique ...furniture, and pictures on the mantle, and in the Garage, an old Packard like car, What stories that house must have locked in its soul,,
I heard they finally sold it for under 300K! about 10 years ago. So,, here is my tribute to this old house.
