You paste the background in this one? If so feather the selection a bit like around 5px

Nice shots, but I can see some backgrounds that you are pasting in with clear jagged edges around the birds you need to practice a bit more on getting that right.

You are nearly right its the focus select ime using in CC then lens blur on the background,been trying for a while to get the feathering right so will try 5px next time.
