My very first Punschkrapfen try ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punschkrapfen ) - It taste much, much better then it looks. I have to practice my skill to put the toping in a smother way

I think all of Michael's food posting was the inspiration for this months assignment.

Well not exactly, but right after I posted it, I thought of Michael's food posts. Then who was the first to post in the new monthly assignment? Michael. Ha!

Of course all of his photos have been of cooked food and the November Assignment can be any food, raw, cooked, fresh, not so fresh... Ha!

That's why I posted eggs as well. I have one shot more but I will think again of another "Food" shot. Maybe a buffalo on the field or so *hahahaha*

@Roy1961
For your info from Wiki:
"It is a cake filled with cake crumbs, nougat chocolate, apricot jam and then soaked with rum. The cake is cut into 1-1/2 inch square cubes,[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][2][/SUP] covered with so called Punschglasur (punch icing), a thick pink rum sugar glazing often drizzled with chocolate and a cocktail cherry on top. Nowadays, there are also Punschkrapfen in cylindrical form"

I don't know if that is what Michael used, but that is what wiki says is in the middle of this Austrian Pastry.

Re: Pork Tenderloin

Michael, you can't take pictures and not describe the meal. What is the sauce, how was the meal, what did you have for desert.
