Snipes must be kind of rare....we used to tell kids in the neighborhood we were going to take them out in the woods to go 'snipe hunting'. We knew they'd never find one, but were counting on the scary sounds coming out of the woods to scare them back to our house. It was fun. Never knew what a snipe really was until now. Thanks Marilynne.

I remember that story about snipe hunting also Chris.

If you think the Tamzooka is heavy, wait until you shoot BIF overhead for an extended period of time. I was glad when it decided to leave the area.

Yes, the Tamron 150-600mm with VC. It's very heavy, but I think I'm getting some good results.

Brussels Sprouts (yuck, but Chris loves them) - I did sprinkle with bacon afterwards
