Thanks Steve. I lived with three spots for about six months, but a whole lot more popped up recently.

She was in the shade and I asked her move to a sunny area. This was what I got.

A lot my of photos of this portion of the canal are taken from the road over there. Decided to try this road yesterday.

I think the reflection of the trees overpowers this shot.

Some orchids in the neighborhood (same yard). It was very windy so I'm surprised I got these shots.

Daylight savings time ended this morning at 2am. For those of us that have the time change - did you remember to correct the time in your camera(s) yet??

They're making a come back Chris. Wako reopened yesterday, but haven't been there yet. Don't like going on weekends.

My first Bald Eagle in the wild (with a camera). It was way off. I had no idea what I was shooting until processing time.

Aren't surprises great, Marilynne?

Me (photo by Chris) - I haven't figured out the best way to hold the lens yet. Sometimes I use the tripod holder, sometimes the lens barrel.

Try a beanbag to support your lens on the railings along the boardwalks. You can purchase ones made just for photography, buy a generic one that you can convert by putting a camera attachment plate with it, or make your own. I've asked my wife to make one that has a lanyard attached to it so that I can wear it suspended from my neck.

Thanks for the tip Wayne. I've seen people use a gardening knee pad on the railing. If you get your wife to make one, have her make two and you can bring it down next time you visit.
