When we first started seeing the avocados, we only counted nine. Now there are lots of them. Not fully grown yet.

We're getting a new roof. After this they asked me to please stay in the house. Too many nails flying around.

Five handheld shots stitched

Did they hit you with an insurance required? You will be picking up nails for the next five years!

Our homeowner's insurance is no longer insuring homes in FL. In order to get another policy, we figured we'd get a new roof for a better rate. The other one was 17 years old.

So far, we've only found two nails and they weren't in our feet!

Been there a couple of times. Great insurance situation we have here in Florida. Ten years of insurance payments equals what I payed for the house. :(

Good to hear.

I am guessing that must be due to the hurricanes as 17 years is nothing. Many of the older homes in Scotland have roofs over 70 years old and more. I guess rain with hurricanes doesn't do as much damage :playful:.

For info, contents and building insurance only costs me less than £100 per year

That's a good deal, last year we paid over $5000.

[FONT=&quot]Yesterday at Wako. I had just gotten out of the vehicle when I saw the Black Crown Night Heron heading in my direction. Never turned on the camera so I got the away shot.
