Marilynne's Wetlands and Other Stuff 2016

Had a photo shoot with a Least Bittern yesterday at Wako. Most of these were shot between two boards of the railing.
I found it hard to believe that most of the people with fancy cameras thought this was a juvenile Green Heron and a few people with iPhones knew it.

This Osprey was sitting under cloudy sunlight, so I played with EV

+0 and lightened in pp
Went the wrong direction - EV -1.5
-1.5 in pp

+4 - I was surprised this is worse than +5
Must say as i scrolled down i was surprised how good +5 was
Merlin and I aren't getting along well today. Is this a Myrtle Yellow Rumped Warbler or something else?

It is. A couple more posted in the reptile thread. I think that is the largest at Wako. There is another that comes close though.
