I was halfway around Wako when Chris called to let me know a Roseate Spoonbill just flew in, so back I went. I walk to slow for him when taking photos.

wow! 232 posts in the last 7 days, a lot captures and processing. Getting any sleep? :)

Not much. I sleep on my left side and that's where all my wounds are. I'm at the point where some spots are itchy and the major wounds still hurt. Almost finished with yesterday's processing and it's time to head out again today.

Edit: Also forgot to mention since I'm not riding as much, I'm walking multiple times around the wetlands Ron.

I've noticed some of my shots have been looking washed out the last couple of days. I was playing with highlights while at Wako. Let me give you a little advice - DON'T do it if you don't have your reading glasses on. Some how I wound up with a calendar. Nice option if you want that, but I didn't. I don't know what I hit and pushed lots of things to undo it. Anyway, I changed the EV and since I couldn't see, I didn't notice it until this morning. I'm checking to see if I accidentally changed anything else.

What's that white stuff? Is it snow?? Can't be, it was in the 80's yesterday. Oh no, it's raining!!! BTW, that's the back of an Anhinga.

I was almost at the end of my first loop around Wako, when it started raining. Got to my bike and Chris had covered my bicycle seat with a plastic bag before he left. I grabbed the rain cover for my camera bag, loaded up and made it to some medical building that had a covered area. Waited about a half hour before it stopped. When I got a half mile down the road, everything was dry... no rain at my house.

I have done that and/or set a bracket and forgot... Most can be saved in post... yours could too...
