May 22nd, I went crawling on the wet grass to try to get some macro shots. Man it's tough to try doing minimum focus distance hand held.
Anyway, I got this one that's about half good. I just couldn't get the bug to turn around to face the camera. It must have been a female bug…

The bad news is that when installing the last baseboard, there was some water seeping out of the new floor cover… I might have to redo the whole F*****g thing. Have to deal with insurance now… Seems like more time away from camera.

The room really looks nice!! You did a great job.. Do you know the source of the water? Is it a plumbing iss or a groundwater?

Better watch out. If it is groundwater he might make you dig the foundation and reseal it while you are visiting.
Don, there's no "visiting". I'll be taking permanent residence. I'm looking in to dual-citizenship right now. And, I don't do manual labor. Or house cleaning. Or the dishes. Or laundry....
Probably ground water. I did have a small leak last year and had the foundation crack repaired. But I think some water stayed below the floor and since I've put new floor covering is looking for a way out… I'll know more next week after the humidity and camera inspection. But one thing for sure, I was upset to say the least… Specially when I found out how the floor was built up, tensest straight on the concrete which kept all the water in...
