1/80 f8 iso 500. I had to go manual exposure and chimp. I got there a little late and the moon was already too bright for what I wanted to achieve. I had to do quite acrobatic post processing to get the tree.

I'm still working hard on f stops, iso and shutter speed layful: but I'd also like to know 'chimp'....... and how to 'acrobatic post process'. Great pics!!

To chimp means look at the image on the camera's lcd right after exposure to check histogram and image exposure.
Acrobatic post processing means a lot of masking, curves, saturation manipulations. In other words, the image was digitally improved quite a bit.

Day 129, May 8th

Piano person, shot available light, 700, 55mm1.2 @ 2.8, 1/30 iso 1250. This was in a very dark basement and I didn't want to have the house lights on to mixup the color temperature.

Went for a walk by the river to work on this week's challenge. After I was done with the slow shutter speed, I played around with my sigma 105 macro.
