Day 52, Feb 21st 2012Ordinary stuff makes me feel good. Just my frozen piz that I shot with the D90, 18-200 with extension tube. Jazzed it up a bit in CS5.

I had never tried macro using live view to focus. WOW!! what a difference it makes. Just something I found while taking apart a piano action for cleaning.

Historic Value is a fancy way of saying it's OLD. It also means I have a lot of hisoric value.
I remember my daughter asking me to help her with some history homework for college. It was history about the Viet Nam war. That's when I realized I had historic value.

Well in this case, it's not that it is that old, but the fact that it once belonged to a famous person that founded an important art school and was prominent at educating young high level classical musicians.
