I saw the first fly outside our kitchen window. I had to immortalize it. D810, Sigma 150 macro, hand held over the kitchen sink.

The spring that never came... Still freezing up here, I can't wait to see some greens.

It had been a while since I took the Df out for shots. We got together for a group photo this morning and got this with the Rokinon 14mm.

I dug out the D810 yesterday for family gathering. Shot my sister's grand-kids with the 24-70 and a few with the old 105 Ais. Despite a few misses because of difficult focusing in low light, I'm still very impressed with this small very light lens.

Birds I got in the backyard yesterday. Flat on the ground made for an interesting point of view.

Flash perception is an exercice I do in the morning. The first thing that catches my eyes is captured. No obligation to seek the beautiful, just catch the light and the object, as usual as it can be.
