Re: Don's Daily Dabblings

Don, I used one of my photos to show you the stylize option (shades the edge of the photo) as well as having added a few gradient options.

Don, here is one more. I did it really quick so the framing isn't great. The gradient option(s) at the end allows you to create the background color. You can choose the direction of the shading by selecting radial, linear, angle, reflected, etc. I used multiple gradient options.

Re: Don's Daily Dabblings

Okay--so how about having the elephant walking out of one photo and headed into another? :)

Re: Don's Daily Dabblings

You know Don, I think this one has a lot of potential. I think it doesn't work as well in this case is because your background perspective is reversed. If the left of the picture was to be smaller than the right side it would pop more. i' be really curious to see it with the perspective reversed.

Like this? Not sure this photo is the best choice but I am just getting the basics down now

Re: Don's Daily Dabblings

going to wallpaper the house?

I am doing a time lapse of the process of wrapping a car. In this case my daughter's car. She is into Mindcraft gaming and there is going to be some sort of Mindcraft Convention in Orlando next week and she was able to get a ticket. The tickets sold out in under 5 seconds after they went up for sale. She designed a Mindcraft world as a design for her Kia Soul and they were printing out the graphics today and the actual wrap is being installed Monday. She has gotten the rights to some original Mindcraft music to use for the timelapse video and she got her dad to shoot and edit the video. The company she works for is supplying the wrap for the advertising. It is going to be pretty interesting. The company is planning to use the video on it's Facebook page and there are people from the company that produces the game are interested in it also. Not a lot of gamers that have that kind of money to throw at doing this sort of event. The wrap cost about $2,500 but should get her preferential parking at the convention. When I get it all done I will post a link to the YouTube video and I will post the stills here.

My daughter is having her car wrapped in a gaming theme (Mine Craft) she works as a artist for a company that does car wraps so this is being used as advertising for that company. We all went out to eat last night and the car was in the parking lot so we got a window seat and watched people looking at the car. People would get out of their cars and walk over to hers and walk all around it. It was funny. The car is getting finished this morning with having the windows done and the also did the rims to match the theme. And before anyone asks, no she is not paying for this since it is a show car for the company. good thing too because it cost about $3,000 to do.

are you going to turn this into a video?? what was the time lapse between pic's??

Yes it has been turned into a time lapse music video. WE have original music in the Mine Craft theme to go with it. . The time lapse is every three seconds and is running at 30 frames a sec.the final video will run between 3:30 and 4:00 minutes. Just have to do 4 more photos of the finished car in a beautiful location and do the opening and closing credits.
