Boeing bomb, Kidding, looks like a bird with its wings spread. Had one similar the other night while taking pictures of clouds.

Nothing special today. Went for a walk downtown but did not see anything I wanted to shoot so I shot the dam that I have shot many times before. I just used it ot work on my photoshop skills. I removed about twenty objectionable things from the shot including a log that had go over the dam.

These were taken about half a mile from my house. Friends of the family that have several hundred acres there that the son farms. Was nice to be able to walk out there and shoot without them wondering who I was and what I was doing.

It is a Photoshop/Photography class at the local community college. I got a computer programing degree there a few years back. I is a little basic for where I am but any class is good. The thing I want out of it is the discipline of shooting what the assignment is and the way he wants it. I have known the instructor for 10 years or so and he knows my photography background and I am able to assist him with some of the slower students and that is something I enjoy.

Any day you can go out with a group of people with cameras is a good day.

I also met a very nice guy in a wheel chair who was a disabled vet. I saw the D7000 in his lap and went over a talked to him for about 10 minutes. He was learning all about his new camera. Hopefully he will be joining us here soon.
