Thanks Roy,:D I am ready to get out and start shooting again, but man, the temps outside are unbearable, and I am no morning person, as you well know.

only 6 more weeks till it starts to cool off, they have started to fill San Jacinto ponds up, i was walking around the stake board park at AMR today and it was 109, roll on winter. lol

No kidding. I was just out doing a couple errands, and I thought I would die just walking to the car. Have to walk the dogs early or late.

Bird ID? Back to shooting though my window. Old habits die hard. :rolleyes:
These little birds, that might be Lesser Goldfinches, feast on the wild sunflowers that I let grow in the yard. This one is next to my living room window.

A little experimentation with the Nifty-Fifty. Casual testing and comparison with my other lenses suggest it is my sharpest lens.
No big surprise there.
