It is the moon. :roll eyes:

Fun fact: I wasn't happy with the contrast, so I converted to black and white and messed with the color sliders.

One of the dog portraits.
I guess I could go up on the exposure for her face and then tone down the body.

A little better. You would think that after all this time of me taking images of Talulah, she would know to adjust to put her face in the light. Not just lie down wherever she wants.

I like the first one a lot, but it's really subjective. Whatever YOU like is what's most important. :)

Thanks.

I have a history of over-thinking these things because my Dad was so darned critical. We always disagreed on contrast in images, and I think he reprocessed every image I sent to him. I think I am getting a little better at not analyzing too much, but I think that comes with increased confidence. I do tend to go back and lighten up images and add some saturation after looking at them.

I think vultures are really interesting birds. Maybe I'm weird, but I think they are attractive, too. :) They are certainly fun to photograph.

Me too, I think they are cool. I had been trying a long time to get close enough to one to capture it. I see Turkey Vultures around here but can't get close enough.

I tried to process this many times and never liked it. So, I messed with the High Pass filter since I saw it in a thread, and did some color desaturation.

nice shot, poppies are still all over the place, usually only last a week or two.
Thanks. Flower landscape type photography isn't my thing. I am trying, though. We have the same thing in Texas with the Bluebonnets. Although, I have never seen this type of traffic for Bluebonnets. It was scary.

lol, they just stop on the freeways and get out to take pics.
They do that in Texas too. Pull over on I-20 with cars going 90mph. Take their young kids up on the slopes and sit them in the flowers. Insane. I took these off Nichols road back in the more rural area. Didn't stop a local from trying to run us over, though.
