either that is a very tiny lady or a very large tree. Either way it is a great photo.

Thanks! That's a normal sized lady and her normal sized kid climbing around the roots. It is indeed a very large tree. It was stoked he stood still long enough for me to fire off 5 exposures. His sister is also down there playing in the roots and I've several shots with her in them but is in this shot she's just outside the frame. To be honest, while I was taking these shots I was hoping I could squeeze a decent B&W out of one of them but there's just not enough contrast to get away with it.

I was one the laptop when I looked at it the first time and did not see the child. I am looking at it on the 22inch monitor and now see him. That really is a large tree.

Yes, in fact the 24-70mm is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing in that it's an awesome lens and you tend to never want to swap it out and a curse in that it's an awesome lens and you never want to swap it out. :)
