Weather is suppose to be weird today. No tell if it will rain or shine so I am going to post as I can for today. Just so happens I liked the sunrise this morning. God does paint a nice sky!

Beautiful day, but I just could not get out. New car across the road and a nice foggy sunrise... Anyone remember a Dodge Royal? I hopped up mostly Chevys and Motorcycles... Never fooled much with Chrysler products.

Ok, I am done today. I exceed my functional window, but I wanted to post a couple things before angered in... Last shot of the bike in my driveway. Put my old cut, (vest), over the windshield just for a memory. I retired from the club about 7 years ago after the first stroke... Second photo is my friend who bought the scoot. She is a beast. Loud and Quick. A menace in a parking garage, but I enjoyed everyone of the 111300 miles I put on it. And another page turns...

I was a little shaky today... yesterday was pretty crazy, but I wanted to try out my new toy so I went to a local game farm just that edged the road. Tried it on some ducks, geese and a robin. Was not ready for any in flight stuff... but that will come.

I loved it @mikew. I was a little shaky today because I kind of overdid it yesterday, but even so I really liked how quick it focused and held. I should have set the shutter speeds higher and I think they would have been sharper, but that is all part of the dain bramage  I get a little excited as I am learning something new and I miss steps. I will be using the mono-pod quite a bit I think to start, at least until I get more comfortable.

If you ignore the stupid remarks about spray and pray and go in 3 to 5 burst shots then any unsteadiness is often not there in the third to fourth shots.

Got a little robin hopping around in the back yard from the second floor window... than tried to track a buzzard without throwing myself or the camera on the ground.. It got a little further away before I could follow it, but it helped me understand the approach I need to take. So hopefully that will get better. Time to do a little R&R

The advice i got on here Danno was to practice on any/all birds, so when the one came along you wanted, you were better prepared. Its even better if you use BBF.
