good question! lots of tread but was pretty dry-rotted up close. this poor thing has been sitting now for a couple years in this spot. sad to see it dwindle away.

Jan 28: Sick as a dog today. Thinking it's a sinus infection; and hoping it's not worse. Made it half a day at work and crawled back in bed this afternoon. Just managed to step out back for a couple bird shots to keep this going.

Thank you all so much! Finally feeling a little better; although I'm wore out and worried about bronchitis setting in if it doesn't clear out of my chest soon. At least I was up and about quite a bit today. Still not much time to shoot since I'm going to be playing catch up at the office.
