Nice but I don't care for the float -- I would like to see it (the knife) sunk into an angled weathered plank to accentuate the power of the object. Floating knives are, well, just floating shapes with little story to tell, sort of like a product placement. That said, the lighting is quite good.

Thanks, @wev. Your feedback is always welcome. I actually think you're right on point, too. It lacks something to give the knife more depth and feel. The goal on this one was two-fold though. First, I needed a 365 shot in a hurry at the end of the day and this thought popped into my head. Next, was to see if I could actually hang it with my makeshift black background set-up and edit out the wire. On those two points alone; it works. I'll have to try it with some added flare tonight.
