It's some sort of farm implement -- I think it rakes cut hay into rows that the baler then bales.

Great sunrise! I wish sunrise wasn't so early everyday. ;)

Sorry Jen, didn't catch on to your meaning. My brain registered "What on earth is a Day 58?"

The photo is of a rake. As Ken mentioned, it rakes hay into rows and then the farmer comes down the rows with a baler and either rolls it up into a large marshmallow or into small bales. The photo makes it look like its from another planet:)

Haha! yes, by now I have noticed you are doing a 365 ;).
That machine would look alien to me in any type of picture, as I am from suburbia and don't see farm equipment very often.
