Finally, the baby Ospreys has hatched. Here are just a few shots. I picked the wrong time of day to get there. Sunny. hot and humid. I waited 2 hours for Daddy Osprey to show up with some fish so I can get some feeding shots, but I think he was hiding in the shade somewhere.
I'm going back out there either early in the morning or late afternoon.

Thanks Kevin. I have better ones today, I'm just processing as we speak. It was overcast and the light was much more even than yesterday. Coming up in a few.

Light is everything, I always say. (I don't really always say that, but I should because it's true)
Yesterday was a harsh and changing light. Today although it was overcast, I had a nice even light. I did have to up the ISO higher but it was worth it.
Besides ,Meatloaf can handle it. Not as well as Dolly, but he does get close.
